Pale golden colour with pronounced wine legs. Notes of aniseed, noble wood, honey and peach dried apricots. Soft in the palate but it immediately unfolds freshness, good acidity and unctuousness. Ideal with vegetable and rice based courses, fatty fish and creamy cheeses.

Red cherry colour. Notes of peach compote, redberries, balsamic hints and spicy nuances. Vivid and intense in the palate, with soft, warm, ample tannins. Roasted notes, liquorice and bakery sensations in the palate.
It is a wine with a solid structure to match with red meat, grilled blue fish, game and cured cheeses.

16 months in oak barrels followed by a minimum of 10 years before being released to the market.

Red ruby colour with noticeable legs. Very complex and structured in the palate, with notes of ripe red and black berries and mineral hints. Well assembled, rounded tannins refined by the time spent in the bottle. Very elegant aftertaste and lingering finish.
